摘要
[目的]观察麻杏苡甘汤联合氯雷他定治疗湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组100例氯雷他定,10mg,1次/d。治疗组100例麻杏苡甘汤(麻黄10g,杏仁12g,生薏米45g,炙甘草10g;皮疹发热加银花15 g,连翘30 g,丹皮、赤芍各15g;瘙痒明显加白鲜皮20g,地肤子30g,苦参12g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;氯雷他定治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒缓解时间、消疹时间、复发率、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈43例,显效40例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率91.00%;对照组痊愈18例,显效32例,有效22例,无效28例,总有效率72.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。瘙痒程度评分、平均瘙痒缓解时间、平均消疹时间、复发率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]麻杏苡甘汤联合氯雷他定治疗湿疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Ma Xing Yi Gan decoction combined with loratadine on treatment of eczema. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 200 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the visiting order number. 100 cases in the control group were given 10rag loratadine with 1 times/d. 100 cases in the treatment group were orally taken 500mL Ma Xing Yi Gan decoction, containing ephedra 10g, almond 12g, raw barley 45g, licorice 10g; rash fever plus Yinhua 15g, 30g of forsythia, paeonol, 15g; itching significantly baixianpi 20g, 30g 12g, Kochia scoparia, Sophora flavescens, at morning and evening. The loratadine treatment was the same with the control group. Two groups were continuously given treatment for one courses of 10d. The clinical symptoms, pruritus score, pruritus relief time, eczema disappeared time, recurrence rate and adverse reaction were observed. The efficacy was determined after continuous treatment for three courses. [Results] In the treatment group, 43 cases were cured and 40 cases were markedly effective, as well as 8 effective cases and 9 ineffective cases. The total efficiency was 91%. In the control group 18 cases were cured and 32 cases were markedly effective, along with 22 effective cases and 28 ineffective cases. The total efficiency was 72%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Pruritus severity score, average remission time, average eczema disappeared time and recurrence rate of the treatment group was better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The curative effect of Ma Xing Yi Gan decoction combined with loratadine on treatment of eczema was satisfactory with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
