摘要
通过对临床工作中4例典型病例的分析,阐述了麻杏苡甘汤的临床新用,扩大了古方的应用范围。提示临床医生在诊治疾病、选方用药时,应谨守病机,各司其属,辨证论治,从而提高古方的临床效果。
Through the analysis of clinical work in four typical cases,we expound the clinical new use of Ma Xing Yi Gan soup,expand the scope of application of the Cuban side.It is suggested that when clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease,the choice of medicine,we should be careful to keep sick,each division of its genus,syndrome differentiation and treatment,so that can improve the clinical effect of the prescription.
