摘要 目的测定水体中痕量防治白蚁药物联苯菊酯、溴氰菊酯残留量。方法超声辅助-表面活性剂-分散液相微萃取技术,通过对超声时间及温度、萃取剂种类及用量、表面活性剂种类及用量等实验条件进行优化,并在优化的实验条件下采用外标法定量分析。结果联苯菊酯、溴氰菊酯线性相关系数分别为0.997 2和0.998 1,方法的线性范围为0~200和0~500μg/L,检出限0.2和0.1μg/L,富集倍数为89和110倍,采用此方法对徐州市区云龙湖水、实验室自来水中的两种药物进行添加回收实验,在50、150μg/L两个浓度水平下,添加回收率为92.0%~106.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.35%~6.34%,检出浓度符合国家标准。结论方法富集倍数高,回收率和重现性好,有机溶剂使用量少,简便、快速。 Objective To determine the residues of a trace of termiticides such as bifenthrin and deltamethrin in aqueous solutions. Methods By the ultraviolet-assisted surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid-phase micro-extraction analysis technique to optimize the conditions containing the ultrasonic time and temperature,the type and amount of extraction agent,the type and amount of surfactant,and the others,and to carry on quantitative analysis with external standard under the optimized conditions. Results The linear correlation coefficients of bifenthrin and deltamethrin were 0. 997 2 and 0. 998 1,and the linear ranges were 0-200 and 0-500 μg/L,the detection limits were 0. 2 and0. 1 μg/L,the enrichment factors were 89 and 110 times,and the detected concentrations of residues in Xuzhou Yunlong Lake water and laboratory tap water were in line with national standards by the test with the method of adding recovery experiment,in which the range of recoveries were 92. 0%-106. 7% and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 1. 35%-6. 34% at 50 and 150 μg/L levels. Conclusion The method showed higher enrichment times,satisfactory recovery and reproducibility,and moreover it was simple and rapid with less organic solvent needed.
