摘要
通过对淀粉进行酸解化学变性处理制备酸解淀粉(AHS)。以不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,考察了分子量对AHS与棉纤维间粘合强度的影响规律,评价了它们对粘合强度影响的优劣,研究了效果最好PEG品种用量对粘合强度的影响规律。结果表明,在PEG对干基AHS质量比均为10%条件下,随着其分子量的增加,粘合强度先增大后降低;PEG600对粘合强度的改善作用最好;随着PEG600对AHS质量比的增加,粘合强度呈现逐渐增加的趋势。推荐使用对干AHS质量比10%~13%的PEG600,来改善AHS对棉纤维的粘合强度。
The synthesis of acid-hydrolyzed starch(AHS)was performed through acid modification of starch.Used polyethylene glycol(PEG)with different molecular weights as the plasticizers,the effect law of its molecular weight on adhesion strength of AHS to cotton fibers were investigated.Differences in effects on adhesion strength generated by the PEG were estimated.And influence law of mass ratio of PEG that exhibited the best effect to AHS on the strength was studied.The experimental results showed that,in the condition that mass ratio of four amide plasticizers to dry AHS was 10%,the adhesion of AHS to cotton fibers increased and then decreased as the molecular weight raised.PEG600 exhibited greater adhesion compared with the other varieties of PEG.With the increase in mass ratio of PEG600 to dry AHS,gradually increased adhesion strength.It was recommended that PEG600 shall be used for plasticizing AHS with a content of 10%~13% based on dry weight of AHS.
