摘要
本文以Span80、OP-7、OS-15为乳化剂,APS/NaHSO3为引发剂,采用反相乳液聚合的方法合成了两性聚(丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸-二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵)(APAM)乳液,并用红外光谱仪和核磁共振仪对所得产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,以Span80、OP-7和OS-15组成HLB值为7.13的互配乳化,O/W为1/1.5时,所得APAM反相乳液最为稳定,且随着阳/阴离子单体质量比的增加,产物的特性黏数值逐渐增加,转化率逐渐降低。
Amphoteric flocculants (APAM) ofpoly(acrylamide-co-diaUyl dimethyl ammonium chloride -co-acrylic acid) (poly(AM-AA-DMDAAC)) were synthesized by performing inverse emulsion copolymerization using Span-80, OP-7 and OS-15 as emulsifier and APS and NaHSO3 as initiator.With FT-IR and NMR,the AM-AA-DMDAAC were characterized.Then,the effects of HLB value, oil-water ratio, initiating system on the stability of gender inverse emulsion were studied.The result showed that with the cationic / anionic monomer ratio increased, the nature of products increased and conversion rate decreased.
