3D Simulation of Scarfing Machine Burner Flame Based on CFD and Research

摘要 以炼钢厂火焰清理机烧嘴作为研究对象,基于计算流体力学稳态燃烧模拟方法,建立了火焰流场三维模型,模拟出预热态、清理态烧嘴喷出的火焰数值模型。通过研究烧嘴火焰温度场、速度场,揭示了烧嘴火焰内部特性和生长规律,可为烧嘴功能特性分析和优化设计提供理论依据。 Taking the burner of scarfing machine at steelmaking plant as study object, establish a three dimensional model of flame flow field to simulate a flame numerical model of the burner in preheating and cleaning status. The internal characteristics and growth law of flame are revealed through studying flame temperature and speed field. This will provide theoretical basis for burner function and feature analysis and design optimization.
