摘要
结合4针道单面机的性能及特点,采用逆时针旋转的4针道单面机、封闭三角针道和针钩至针舌距离为8 mm织针,开发单面添纱(地纱)提花织物。提出两种设计方案,详细阐述两种添纱(地纱)提花方案的轨迹设计和三角设计。通过应用实例介绍具体的改进方案,并详细介绍原料选择、意匠图、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等编织工艺,为4针道单面机编织织物的开发提供参考。
According to the performance and characteristics of 4-track single machine, the paper develops the single plated jacquard fabric on the anti-clockwise 4-track single machine with closed cam track by using needles whose distance from the hook to the tongue is 8 ram. It provides two kinds of plating jacquard fabric schemes, and introduces in detail the track design and cams design. Through the examples of application, it introduces the specific improved scheme, and presents in detail the knitting technology including materials selection, notation plotting, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and threading ways. This paper not only provides the basis for the development of the single plating jacquard fabric, but also the reference for the development fabrics on 4-track single machine.
