摘要
冷喂料胶管自动生产线是为生产汽车的配套产品——胶管而设计的,针织机则是完成胶管补强层的加工机械。作为针织机的关键零件,三角的设计是否成功,直接影响到针织机的工作效率和使用寿命。从力学分析的角度,对三角的倾斜角、高度、最小宽度等参数的设计、计算方法进行了研究,将三角与织针之间的冲击力和接触应力削减到最小,为三角曲线方程的确定提供了较为完善的理论支持。
Rubble pipe is the necessary accessories of automobile,and the rubble pipe cold-feed production line is designed for producing this kind of pipe.The Knitting Machine is used to manufacture the pipe's reinforced layer.As a crucial component of the machine,the design- ing and calculating way of the cam's parameters,such as incline angle,height and minimum width is researched from the viewpoint of mechanics.After it,the impulsive force and the contact stress between the needle and cam can be reduced,and perfect theoretic support is provided for designing the cam.
