摘要 针对中远程导弹对全弹道、多参数、高精度采集的测试要求,以及当前数据记录仪高速采集和大容量非易失存储之间密度兼容困难的问题,提出基于大容量Flash芯片的存储器并行流水线设计与复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)和低功耗AVR单片机结合的智能双控设计,研制一套针对中远程导弹的全弹道数据记录仪,提高采集速率,扩充采集容量,实现记录仪高速采集和大容量非易失存储的密度兼容。并根据记录仪在实际使用中对高抗振动冲击、智能启动和低功耗的测试需求做相应的典型设计,该测试仪现已应用于某新型空地导弹全弹道的测试,成功获取导弹在全弹道内的各种数据,对新型导弹的研制和验收具有参考价值。 Based on the requirement for the whole trajectory, multi parameter, high precision data acquisition of medium range missile, as well as the difficulty of density compatibility between high-speed data acquisition of current data recorder and the large capacity and non-volatile storage, the design of memory parallel line based on large-capacity Flash chip and the design of intelligent dual control system based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD) and low power AVR MCU are proposed to improve the acquisition speed, expand the acquisition capacity and achieve the density compatibility between high-speed data acquisition of data recorder and the large capacity and non-volatile storage. Besides, a whole trajectory data recorder for medium range missile is designed and developed and relevant typical design is conducted for the data recorder according to the testing demands of high vibration and impact resistance, smart start and low power consumption in actual use. The test instrument has been applied to the whole trajectory test of a new type of air-to-ground guided missile and has obtained the data of the whole trajectory successfully, which is of great significance for the development and acceptance of new types of missile.
