摘要 为提高火工品自动化测试水平及测量精度,提出了一种安全性较高的前后端分布式测试方案,由前端测控设备对采集到的电桥桥臂之间的压差进行调理、解算,得出火工品阻值并送至后端计算机接收显示;采用该方法对48组火工品进行阻值测试,测量值与标准值最小偏差为0.01Ω,大大提高了火工品测试的自动化程度和精度,且测试过程安全可靠,相比传统测试方法有了很大改进,确保了火箭发射的可靠性和飞行任务的成功率。 To guarantee the exactitude of initiating device measuring, the paper proposes a safer distributed test measure of forward and back end, then the pressure difference between the bridge arms is calculated by survey equipment to get the resistance, which is sent to back --end computer and shown out. Measuring the resistance of the 48 suits of initiating device by this method, the both deviation of measured value and standard value are less than 0. 01Ω. The measure greatly improves the automation and precision of initiating device testing com- pared to traditional method, and testing process is safer and more reliable. It guarantees the reliability of rocket launching and success rate of flight.
