摘要
目前航天器电传爆火工品采用脉宽信号起爆,一般多个点同时起爆,路数较多且脉宽窄;针对航天器地面模飞测试时,精确监测各个火工品起爆次数和起爆指令脉宽问题,提出了一种火工品等效器的设计方案,它由PXI工控机、通用板卡和专用板卡,以及备份数据浏览终端等4部分组成,具有可靠性高、通用性强、维修性好等特点,已在YZ-3上面级中得到应用,对整器自动化测试和发射起到了有力的支持作用。
At present, the spacecraft's electric initiating explosive devices are detonated by the pulse--width signal, and generally multi- ple points are detonated at the same time. As a result, the number of channels is high and the width of the transient signals is very narrow. To solve the problem of accurately detecting the times and width of the sequence instructions for each of the electro--explosive channels, an equivalent equipment is designed and realized. It consists of industry control computer based on PXI bus architecture, general interface boards, appropriative boards and the backup data browsing terminal, which has the advantages of high reliability, general compatibility, and good maintainability. It has been applied in the YZ--3 upper stage task, which strongly supports automation of aerospace vehicle testing and launching in the state of the whole spacecraft.
