摘要
采用常量玻璃仪器,对滴定分析实验进行了半微量化研究。结果表明,半微量滴定分析与常量滴定分析的实验结果并无显著性差异,符合教学要求,有利于培养学生的实验操作技能和科学细致的实验精神,同时还可以降低实验消耗、减少污染物排放,对推行绿色化学有重要意义。
The semimicro titration analysis experiments suits showed that there was no significant difference between nalysis, and the semimicro titration method also satisfy were studied using constant quantity instrument. The re- semimicro titration analysis and conventional titration a- the requirements of experiments teaching. At the same time, this method can train students in experiment ability and rigorous scientific attitude, reduce the experimental reagent wast- age could environment pollution,and play an important role in developing green chemistry.
