摘要
采用阳极氧化法,分别以稀硫酸溶液和氟化钠-乙二醇-水溶液为电解液,在钛片上制备纳米TiO_2薄膜。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纳米TiO_2的形貌及结构进行表征,并通过瞬态光电流谱、光电压-电流及交流阻抗谱测试纳米TiO_2电极的光电化学性能。结果表明,稀硫酸电解液中制备的TiO_2为层状堆积结构。在氟化钠-乙二醇-水溶液中制备的TiO_2为多孔状结构,具有优良的光电化学性能,其光电转化率可以达到1.02%。
Nano titanium dioxide (TiO2) film was fabricated by anodic oxidation in dilute solution and NaF-MEG-H2O solution electrolyte respectively.The phase structure and the nano TiO2 were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning e copy (SEM),and photoelectrochemical properties of nano TiO2 electrode were evaluat m sulfuric acid orphology of lectron micros- ed by transient photocurrent spectroscopy, optical voltage-current and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the TiO2 fabricated in dilute sulfuric acid solution is a layered packing struc- ture.TiO2 is a porous structure with excellent photoelectric chemical properties in NaF-MEG-H2O solution,and its photoelectric conversion rate can reach 1.02%.
