摘要
使用 L i- 62 0 0便携式光合测定仪 ,测定了自然状况下绵刺的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率以及气象因子在 9:0 0~ 1 9:0 0的日进程 ,以白刺等旱生植物为对照 ,进行了对比研究。研究结果表明 ,绵刺的日平均净光合速率为 8.832 μmol· m- 2 · s- 1,小于白刺的日平均净光合速率 9.449μmol· m- 2·s- 1;绵刺的水分利用效率大于白刺 ,在 1 3:0 0之前差异最为明显 ;同其它沙旱生植物相比 ,其净光合速率和水分利用效率均介于多种旱生植物之间 ;绵刺的净光合速率同各个气象因子的相关均不显著 ,水分利用效率同气温以及相对温度之间呈极显著相关 ,与气温、相对温度以及大气 CO2 浓度之间存在的多元线性关系 ,相关方程为YWU E=6.30 6+ 0 .0 633XRH- 0 .1 78XTA+ 0 .0 1 64XCO2 。
In natural condition,the diurnal courses from 9:00 to 19:00 of net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration,water use efficiency (WUE) and meteorological factors of Potaninia mongolica were determined by the Li Cor 6200 portable photosynthetic analyzer.Meanwhile,taken Nitraria tangutorum as contrast,the comparison was carried out.Results showed that diurnal average Pn of Potaninia mongolica is 8.832 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 that is less than 9.449 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 of Nitraria tangutorum WUE of Potaninia mongolica is more than that of Nitraria tangutorum ,and the variation is more clear before 13:00.By contrast with other xerophytes,Pn and WUE of Potaninia mongolica are among that of xerophytes,Pn and WUE of Potaninia mongolica are among that of xerophytes.The correlation between Pn of Potaninia mongolica and respectively meteorological factors are all not remarkable,but the correlation between WUE of it and TA,RH are obviously.Between WUE,TA,RH,there is a equation that is Y WUE =6.306+0.0633 X RH -0.178 X TA +0.0164 X CO 2 .
