利用RAPD技术对蒙古韭不同居群的遗传多样性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用RAPD方法分析了内蒙古野生分布的蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum Regel)10个不同居群的遗传多样性、遗传分化和遗传距离等.12个随机引物扩增出的多态带占总谱带的95.65%;总的遗传多样性为0.2977;1.74%的遗传变异存在于居群间,而98.26%的遗传变异都存在于居群内部;遗传距离在0.2177-0.5965之间;地理距离与遗传距离不相关. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used to measure genetic diversity, genetic differentiation and genetic distance for 10 Alliurn rnongolicurn Regel wild populations in Inner Mongolia. 12 random primers were used and the percentage of polymorphic bands was 95.65 %. The total genetic diversity was 0. 2977,and genetic variation among populations was 1.74% ,while within populations was 98.26%. The genetic distance was among the range of 0. 2177 to 0. 5965. Geographic distances were not correlated to genetic distances.
