摘要
目的观察他克莫司联合311nm窄谱中波紫外线治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效与安全性。方法 99例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为2组:治疗组皮损处使用311nm窄谱中波紫外线光疗仪照射,同时外用0.1%他克莫司软膏;对照组仅给予窄谱中波紫外线照射。在治疗后2周、4周、6周、8周判定疗效,记录不良反应。结果治疗后8周治疗组与对照疗组皮疹总积分为(2.61±1.48)与(3.75±1.99),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组脓疱、红斑积分下降明显。治疗组不良反应发生率13.7%,对照组不良反应8.3%,不良反应发生率无差别(P>0.05).结论他克莫司联合311nm窄谱中波紫外线治疗掌跖脓疱病安全、有效。
Objective To the efficacy and safety of using the method of tacrolimus combined with 311 nm narrow-spectrum uvb rays to treat palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP). Methods A total of 99 patients with moderate or severe PPP were enrolled in the study and were randomized into either the treatment group or control group. The treatment group used the method of 0.1 tacrolimus ointment combined with 311 nm narrow-spectrum uvb rays to treat PPP, the control group only for narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation. After treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks to determine efficacy, record adverse reactions. Results After treatment of 8 weeks the total scores of skin findings at the last observation were (2.61±1.48) in the treatment group and (3.75±1.99) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant. In particularly,the score of pustules/ vesicles drastically decreased in the treatment group. In terms of safety, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group were 13.7% and 8.3 %. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion The treatment of tacrolimus combined 311 nm narrow-spectrum uvb rays is effective and highly safe in the management of PPP.
