摘要
目的探讨采用雷公藤多苷联合多西环素方案治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及对改善患者症状以及免疫功能的作用。方法选择该院2015年10月-2020年8月治疗的掌跖脓疱病患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数法分为单采用雷公藤多苷片治疗对照组(n=50)与采用雷公藤多苷片联合盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗实验组(n=50),对比临床疗效、症状改善率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.316,P=0.021)。实验组脓疱、红斑、痂屑与瘙痒改善率分为别94.00%(47/50)、92.00%(46/50)、96.00%(48/50)、98.00%(49/50),明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.332、4.762、5.005、7.111,P<0.05)。结论对掌跖脓疱病在采用雷公藤多苷治疗的同时联用多西环素能够有效提高治疗效果,可减轻患者症状,且能够改善患者的免疫功能。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with doxycycline regimen in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis and its effect on improving the symptoms and immune function of patients.Methods 100 cases of palmoplantar pustulosis patients treated in the hospital from October 2015 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets according to the random number table method(n=50)compared with the experimental group(n=50)treated with Tripterygium Glycoside tablets combined with doxycycline hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules(n=50),the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement rate were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.316,P=0.021).The improvement rates of pustules,erythema,scabs and pruritus in the experimental group were divided into 94.00%(47/50),92.00%(46/50),96.00%(48/50),98.00%(49/50),which was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.332,4.762,5.005,7.111,P<0.05).Conclusion For palmoplantar pustulosis,the combination of tripterygium glycosides and doxycycline can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the symptoms of patients,and improve the immune function of patients.
