摘要
研究了鱼鳞纹和表面粗糙度对铁基非晶宽带在1 k Hz下铁损和激磁功率的影响。结果表明:有鱼鳞纹存在时,带材的铁损和激磁功率比无鱼鳞纹时都降低了约50%~100%;带材的铁损和激磁功率随着表面粗糙度的增大而升高。
The effect of fishscale and surface roughness on magnetic properties of Fe-based amorphous wide rib- bons was investigated. Core loss and exciting power of the ribbon are reduced 50%-100% with fishscale. The rib- bon has higher core loss and exciting power as the surface roughness increases.
