摘要
电磁超声检测是一种新的无损检测技术,激磁场是影响电磁超声检测灵敏度的重要环节。文章介绍了利用有限元技术计算电磁超声激磁场的方法,分析和探讨了电磁超声检测中经常用到的几种激磁场的分布和特点。
Electromagnetic acoustics (EMA) testing is a new NDT technique, and the excitation field is an important factor affecting the sensitivity of EMA testing. This paper introduces the calculation of electromagnetic acoustics excitation field in the finite element method, and then analyses and discusses the distribution and characteristic of the most used excitation field in electromagnetic ultrasonic testing.
