井下机电安全生产状况的模糊综合评价 被引量:2

摘要 井下机电安全生产对整个矿井安全生产至关重要,为能客观合理的对机电安全状况进行评价,采用模糊综合评价的方法。首先建立模糊综合评价体系,之后为保证评价结果客观合理,邀请了8位专家对机电生产状况进行了打分和评级,对评分的结果采用多层级模糊综合评价。评价结果显示,二级评价指标中人员素质、管理水平和机电状况属于良好,生产环境则属于较好的等级;矿井的机电安全总体评价结果为82.2分,属于良好。客观的反应出了矿井当前的机电生产状况。 Underground safe production was very important to safety of entire mine. In order to evaluate mechanical and electrical security condition objectively and reasonably, method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was adopted. Firstly, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system was set up. Then mechanical and electrical production status was rated by 8 experts so that ensured objective and reasonable evaluation results, multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used in score results. The evaluation results showed that quality of personnel, management level and mechanical status were good in two level evaluation indexes, meanwhile, production environment belonged to good grades; overall assessment results of electrical safety was 82.2 points which was good and it was an objective response to current status of mine electrical production.
