摘要
氧化锰八面体分子筛(OMS-2)具有多孔结构、混合价态的锰离子、温和的表面酸碱性和优良的离子交换性,对污染物尤其是挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)具有独特的去除效果,在适当的催化条件下,转化率可达100%。氧化锰八面体分子筛的合成方法有多种,不同合成方法对其催化效率具有很大影响,其中,掺杂金属离子在某些情况下可显著提高对污染物质的转化率以及目标产物选择性,尤其是掺杂贵金属Ag和Pd后,效果更为优异。从氧化锰八面体分子筛的合成方法、催化应用和作用机理等方面综述氧化锰八面体分子筛的研究进展。
Manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieve (OMS-2) has remarkable effect for pollutant removal, especially for volatile organic compounds(VOCs) because of its porous structure, mixed valence of Mn, mild surface acidity and excellent ion exchange performance. Under the proper catalytic condition, the conversion rate for VOCs could reach 100%. OMS-2 had different kinds of synthetic ways, and the synthetic method had great influence on catalytic efficiency. After the metal ions were doped into OMS-2, the conversion of VOCs and the selectivity to the products could be improved significantly. When noble metal ions such as Ag and Pd were doped into OMS-2,it possessed much better effect. The research pro- gress in synthesis methods, application and catalytic reaction mechanisms of OMS-2 were reviewed.
