摘要
非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇1000调控的溶胶凝胶法合成了氧化锰八面体分子筛(OMS-2)。采用XRD、BET、TEM、O2-TPD等技术对制备的材料的结构和氧化还原性能进行了表征,考察了制备锰氧化物材料对二甲醚催化燃烧反应的催化性能。结果表明,合成的OMS-2材料属于cryptomelane一维隧道结构,得到的纳米材料为均一的纳米棒状结构。O2-TPD结果表明,制备的OMS-2材料具有比较丰富的氧物种,因而在二甲醚催化燃烧中表现出了良好的催化性能。
Manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieves (OMS-2) were prepared by Sol-gel method with KMnO4 and maleic as raw materials and polyethylene glycol 1000 (PEG) as template. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption. TEM, O2-TPD techniques and the catalytic activity in dimethyl ether(DME) combustion was studied. The results showed that the OMS-2 catalyst had the typical cryptomelane structure with one dimensional channel and a relatively uniform short rodlike shape with a length of 100 nm. O2-TPD characterization showed that the OMS-2 sample had abundant facile lattice oxygen, and thus resulting in excellent performance in the DME catalytic combustion.
