摘要
高校第一要务是人才培养,而人才培养很大程度上取决于教育系统各要素间能否形成合力。因而要素之一的家庭教育实为重要,但纵观我国高校教育,往往因高校不重视,家长无参与意识,学生不受约束等缘由而遭忽视。笔者通过翻阅大量文献,访谈多位老师、家长及学生,把握新生报到的契机,实施问卷调查,找到家校契合点,通过"互联网+"日常管理,构建出高校新型家校合力育人机制。让家长无论何时何地都能在线参与,合力促进大学生成长成才。
The primary task of colleges and universities is the cultivation of talents, and the cultivation of talents depends largely on whether the elements of-the education system can form a joint force. Therefore, as one of the elements, family education is indeed important, but generally, our university education is often ignored because of the following phenomena： universities do not attach importance to university education; parents do not have the of participation; students are uninhibited. After re- ferring to a lot of literature, interviewing with teachers, parents and students, the writer grasped the opportunity of freshman en- rollment to carry out a questionnaire survey, in order to form a joint force, and promote university students growth and success.
