摘要
学生会在高校中有着举足轻重的作用,凭借其平台作用、纽带作用、媒介作用、归属作用、传承作用等作用,与团支部等学生团体一起有效参与到高校教育管理以及构建和谐校园文化等工作中,但目前高职院校中学生会的维权能力较差。分析了高职院校学生权益现状以及学生会维权功能实施现状,调查了南京理工大学学生会权益部的成功案例并加以分析,总结出了高职院校也应该在学生会中设立权益部门的必要性。
The student union plays an important role in colleges. With its role of platform, link, media, belonging and inheriting, it effectively participates in college education management and builds harmonious campus culture with student groups such as League branches, but the current rights protection ability of the student union in high vocational colleges is poor. This paper ana- lyzes the status quo of the rights and interests of students and the implementation of student rights protection by the student union in higher vocational colleges, investigates the successful cases of the rights and interests department of the student union of Nan- jing University of Science ＆ Technology, and summarizes the ne- cessity of setting up the rights and interests department in the student union of higher vocational colleges.
