摘要
工程量清单计价模式是一种通过竞争定价的工程造价计价模式,实现了由政府定价向市场定价的转变。介绍了我国工程造价计价的两种模式,分析了当前工程造价管理存在的问题,重点阐述了建设项目各阶段价格管理的要点和措施。
Bill of quantity valuation mode is a kind of engineering cost valuation by competitive pricing mode, which achieves the change of the government pricing to market pricing. Two kinds of valuation mode on construction cost are described. The existing problems in project cost management are analyzed and researched, and the main points and the measures of the management in different stages are put forward.
