科技型中小企业创新投入产出效率研究——基于技术开发方式的比较 被引量:1

Research on the Innovation Input and Output Efficiency of Small and Mid-sized Science-technology Enterprise——Comparison Based on Technology Development Mode

摘要 为考察不同技术开发方式的科技型中小企业创新投入产出效率,选取3 165家企业的两种投入、两种产出数据,利用数据包络分析法测算独立开发、合作开发、消化引进吸收开发三种形式创新投入产出效率,结果表明:三种开发方式规模效率总体不高,差异不大,但合作开发的技术效率明显高于其他两种开发方式。最后,从选择合适的创新方式、降低创新成本、扩大企业规模等方面提出政策建议。 Process features of opposed four-nozzle coal water slurry pressurized gasification unit and characteristics of its black and ash water are introduced.In connection with the characteristics of black and ash water,corresponding research of black water flocculation technology and ash water scale inhibition and dispersion technology is carried out,and basis for selection of flocculant of black water and scale inhibitor and dispersant of ash water is summarized.
