摘要
基于调研问卷和相关政府平台数据,文章分析江宁区现有高新技术企业发展现状,收集企业对科技创新政策的反馈意见,探索高新技术企业培育、管理和发展壮大有效途径。数据反映高新技术企业发展主要障碍集中在人才、资金、创新能力方面,针对这些问题,提出了若干具体的建议措施,以进一步提升区域高新技术企业发展质量。
Based on the survey questionnaire and relevant government platform data, this paper analyzes the current development status of existing high-tech enterprises in Jiangning District, collects the feedback from enterprises on science and technology innovation policies, and explores some effective ways to cultivate, manage and develop high-tech enterprises. The data reflects that the main obstacles to the development of high-tech enterprises are concentrated in talents, capital, and innovation capabilities. In response to these problems, a number of specific recommendations have been proposed to further enhance the development quality of regional high-tech enterprises.
