摘要
目的探讨长春西汀对突发性耳聋患者血液流变学和血小板相关指标的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2015年12月收治的突发性耳聋患者54例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。观察组采用长春西汀治疗,20 mg/次/d,静脉滴注;对照组采用丹参注射液治疗,20 ml/次/d,静脉滴注。连续7 d为1个疗程,2组患者均治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前、治疗后7 d、14 d和21 d患者血液流变学指标与血小板相关指标的变化。结果治疗7 d、14 d、21 d后,观察组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d、21 d后,观察组患者红细胞聚集指数、血沉方程K值和红细胞电泳指数显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d、21 d后,观察组患者CD62p、CD61、VWF和PAR显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀用于治疗突发性耳聋能有效改善患者血液流变学和血小板相关指标,对改善耳部微循环发挥着积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of vinpocetine on hemorheology and platelet-related parameters in patients with sudden deafness. Methods Fifty-four patients with sudden deafness who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study. According to random number method,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 27 patients in each group. The patients in observation group given vinpocetine( 20mg/time/d) by intravenous injection,however,the patients in control group were given Danshen injection( 20ml/time/d) by intravenous drip,with a treatment course of 7 days,continuous 3 treatment courses for both groups. The changes of hemorheological indexes and platelet-related parameters before treatment,after 7-day,14-day and 21-day treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results After after 7-day,14-day and 21-day treatment,the whole blood viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). After after 7-day,14-day and 21-day treatment,the red blood cell aggregation index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value and red cell electrophoresis index in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). Moreover the levels of CD62 p,CD61,VWF,PAR in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The vinpocetine in treatment of sudden deafness can effectively improve hemorheological indexes and platelet-related parameters,which plays a positive role in improving microcirculation of aural region.
