摘要
目的探讨运用品管圈提高老年性腰椎管狭窄病人术后满意度。方法对该院颈肩腰腿痛科2016年1—6月住院的21例老年性腰椎管狭窄患者与2016年7—12月收治的21例老年性腰椎管狭窄患者采用品管圈管理的患者进行比较、分析。对两组患者出院时满意度进行调查分析。结果对照组患者的满意度为71.4%。实施品管圈后,观察组21例患者满意度为95.2%。应用品管圈前后患者的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用品管圈后患者的满意度明显高于采用前。结论采用品管圈在提高老年性腰椎管狭窄病人满意度上效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To study the application of qualified control circle in improving the satisfactory degree of senile pa-tients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 21 cases of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis in our hospital from Jan-uary to June 2016 were selected and 21 cases of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted and treated in our hos-pital from July to December 2016 were selected for comparison and analysis, and the satisfactory degree at discharge of the two groups was investigated. Results The satisfactory degree in the control group was 71.4%, and after the implementation of quality circle control, the satisfactory degree in the observation group was 95.2%, and the difference in the satisfactory degree before and after the application of quality control circle had statistical significance( P〈0.05), and the satisfactory de-gree of patients after the implementation was obviously higher than that before adopting. Conclusion The effect of quality control circle in improving the satisfactory degree of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
