摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在腰椎管狭窄症椎板减压治疗术后疼痛控制中的应用效果。方法 50例腰椎管狭窄行减压术治疗患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组行常规护理,观察组根据VAS评分给予针对性护理干预。观察2组术后2、12、48 h和7 d静息状态下VAS疼痛评分,评价2组对护理干预的满意度。结果观察组术后2、12、48 h及7 d的VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎管狭窄行减压术治疗患者应尽早进行针对性疼痛护理干预,能够有效缓解患者术后疼痛程度,提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative pain control of lumbar spinal stenosis patients with lamina decompression therapy. Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into observation group （n = 25 ） and control group （n = 25 ）. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention according to the VAS score. The VAS scores at 2, 12, 48 h and 7 days after operation were observed in both groups, and satisfactory degree toward nursing intervention was evaluated. Results The VAS scores at 2, 12, 48 h and 7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The satisfactory degree toward nursing intervention was 96.00% in the observation group, which was signif- icantly higher than 72.00% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of targe- ted nursing intervention for lumbar spinal stenosis patients with lamina decompression therapy as quickly as possible can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and increase satisfactory degree toward nurs- ing.
