摘要 本文分析了四种不同晶型CaCO_3粉体的化学组成、物理性质、以及微观形貌,并研究了它们对ABS/CaCO_3复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度、光泽度、熔体流动速率的影响,观测了断裂面形貌等性能。结果表明:大方解石加工得到的CaCO_3产品具有含量高、杂质少、白度高、吸油量低和粒度均匀的特点。对应的ABS/CaCO_3复合材料,有着最佳的力学性能、加工流动性和光泽度。 The chemical components, physical properties and morphology of heavy calcium carbonate powders with different crystalline were analyzed. These calcium carbonates were added into acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) matrix as inorganic fillers to form ABS/CaCO3 composites respectively. The tensile strength, bending strengdl, impact strength, glossiness and melt flow index were studied in detail, and and fracture surface morphology of the composites was observed. The results showed that the heavy calcium carbonates produced from large calcite had many advantages such as high content, low impurities, high whiteness, low oil absorption value and uniform particle morphology. In addition, the corresponding ABS/CaCO3 composites showed the best mechanical properties, processing flowability and glossiness.
