摘要
采用秸秆纤维对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行改性,利用热压工艺得到了PBS/秸秆纤维复合材料;研究了秸秆纤维的添加量、处理工艺、偶联剂种类及添加量对PBS/秸秆纤维复合材料力学性能的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜观察了PBS/秸秆纤维复合材料的断裂面形貌。研究结果表明:采用质量分数为1.5%的壳聚糖作为偶联剂,得到的PBS/秸秆纤维复合材料的力学性能最好。
With straw fiber modified polybutylene-glycol succinate (PBS) prepared by hot-pressing technology to get PBS/straw fiber composites, and main influence factors on mechanical properties of PBS/ straw fiber composites such as the amount of straw fiber, processing technology, coupling agent types and its amount were discussed in detail. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the fracture surfaces of composites. The results showed that the best mechanical properties of composite materials can be obtained when the amount of chitosan was 1.5 wt%.
