摘要
基于效率、结构、环境系统三个维度构建旅游经济增长质量的综合评价指标体系,运用多目标线性加权函数法对2003—2012年中国旅游经济增长质量指数进行测度,揭示其总体水平及各子系统质量水平的动态变化特征,并运用空间关联指数方法分析中国旅游经济增长质量的空间分异及其演化特征。研究表明,10年间中国旅游经济增长质量的整体水平随着时间的推移不断上升,且子系统质量水平与整体水平的变化趋势基本一致;相邻省域表现出较强的空间集聚特征,质量水平热点区域主要分布在东部沿海省域,并向内陆扩散,质量水平冷点区域集中分布在西部省域,且省域数量不断减少;进而提出提升旅游产业效率、优化旅游产业结构,加强人才、知识、创新的促进作用等对策建议,为推动中国旅游业长期可持续稳定发展、提升旅游经济增长质量和发展效率提供借鉴和参考。
This paper built a comprehensive evaluation index system of China＇ s tourism based on efficiency, structure and the environment system, using the multi-objective linear, weighting function methods to measure the growth quality of China＇ s tourism economy from 2003 to 2012, to reveal characteristics of dynamic changes of the overall level and the quality of each sub-system level. Moreover, with the spatial correlation index, this paper also analyzed spatial differentiation and evolution characteristics of the growth quality of China＇ s tourism economy. The results show that：the growth quality shows a trend of increase significantly from 2003 to 2012;levels of sub-system has the same variation trend with the overall level ;adjacent provinces show strong spatial agglomeration features, i. e. hot spot areas of the quality level are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas, and diffusion to the inland, while cold spot areas of the quality level are concentrated in the western regions, and the provincial number is decreasing. Further, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote long-term sustainable and stable development of China＇ s tourism industry, such as optimizing the tourism industry structure, deepening the regional tourism cooperation, strengthening the talent, knowledge and innovation, to improve the growth quality of China＇ s tourism economy and develop efficiency of economic ~rowth.
