摘要
针对注塑件常用加工刀具存在的易磨损、效率低、精度低等问题,根据注塑件的结构特点以及注塑磨具的设计结构,提出了一种注塑件的加工组合刀具,实现机械代替人工,同时提高生产效率和加工精度,降低生产成本。
Aiming at the problems of the traditional machining tools for the injection parts,such as easy to wear,low efficiency and low precision,a combined tool for injection parts was proposed,according to the structure characteristics of the injection parts and the design structure of the injection molding tool. This structure laid the foundation of machine replacing worker,meanwhile,it also increased the production efficiency and machining accuracy,deceased the production costs.
