摘要
针对实际制品熔接痕性能的分析和评价,提出一种基于CAE技术、定量表征方法。该方法利用Moldflow软件分析确定塑料制品熔接痕的分布,并结合ANSYS软件获得工作状态下塑料制品的应力分布,最后根据节点数据文件计算获得熔接痕处的最大应力与制品最大应力的比值(即熔接痕应力系数),以此表征和评价实际载荷条件下塑料制品熔接痕的性能。该熔接痕性能评价方法对注塑模具的优化设计和塑料制品使用性能的改善具有实际指导意义。
The method of the quantitative characterization, based on the CAE technology,was proposed for the analysis and evaluation of the weld line performance of the real product. The distribution of the weld line was analyzed and determined with the Moldflow software and the stress distribution of the plastic product under the actual load was gained by using of the ANSYS. Finally,the quotient of the maximum stress of the weld line and the maximum stress exited in the product (i. e. the stress coefficient of the weld line) was calculated based on the node data. It was used to characterize and evaluate the performance of the weld line. The method of the evaluation of the performance of the weld line was the practical guide for the optimization of the injection mould design and the improvement of the product performance.
