摘要
针对当前高校学生信息管理方式难以满足基层一线教学工作需要的普遍问题,采用全球领先的主流地理信息系统(GIS)技术,开发了学生信息数据库及管理与分析系统。介绍了学生信息数据库设计与建立步骤,数据库的逻辑结构及其组成元素,管理与分析系统的开发策略,系统功能及其实现原理。该系统的研发与应用实现了生源、出勤、成绩、奖励、荣誉、考研、就业等多源学生信息在基础教学组织端的集成空间化管理和深层次分析利用,为科学规划、实施、管理与评价基层教学工作提供了准确详实的信息参考和形象直观的工具支持,有效促进了各项工作全面、协调、可持续发展。
Aiming to the problem that the management mode of student information is difficult to meet the needs of the grassroots teaching work, the student information database and the corresponding management and analysis system are designed and developed using the GIS technology, namely Geodatabase spatial database technology and ArcEngine component development technology supplied by America ESRI Inc. In this paper, the steps of designing and establishing student information database are firstly summarized. The logic structure of the constructed database and its elements are described in detail. Finally, the main development strategy of management and analysis system is briefly introduced, its core functions and the realization principles are particularly discussed. The system's research, development and application have achieved the integrated spatial management and the deep analysis and utilization of multi-source student information including origin, attendance, score, prize, honor, graduate school and employment at the grassroots teaching organization. The system has provided the accurate and detailed information reference and the intuitionistic tool support for the scientific planning, implementation, management and evaluation of the grassroots teaching work, and has effectively promoted comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development.
