摘要
为解决过程控制实验设备资源短缺、功能受限的问题,利用力控组态软件开发了典型工业过程控制虚拟实验系统。以锅炉燃烧控制系统为例说明过程控制虚拟实验系统的开发方法。开发的虚拟实验系统将典型工业过程控制系统方案设计、控制系统建模、控制策略创建和监控组态设计融为一体,为学生开展过程控制实验提供了开放性实验平台。学生不仅可以利用虚拟实验系统开展过程控制基本实验,而且可以按照虚拟实验系统的设计方法自行开发其他典型工业过程控制虚拟实验系统。
In order to solve the problem of resource shortage and limited function of process control experiment equipment,a virtual experiment system of typical industrial process control is developed using the force control configuration software. Boiler combustion control system is taken as an example to illustrate the development method of the virtual experiment system. The virtual experiment system integrates the typical industrial process control system design,control system modeling,control strategy and monitor configuration design. It provides an open experiment platform for the students to carry out the process control experiment. The students can carry out the basic experiment of process control,and also develop virtual experiment system for other typical industrial process control.
