摘要
为了研究角接绕组环流特性及其对电机能效判定的影响,结合理论分析与时步有限元法,对由于磁路饱和引起的3次谐波磁密以及由此产生的角接绕组环流特性进行了分析。通过针对不同容量多台中小型电机环流的试验研究,获得了环流对电机能效判定的影响规律,由此提出用于避免环流影响的能效判定改进措施。研究成果为高效电机设计和电机能效精密测试提供重要技术支持。
In order to study the circulation current characteristics and its impact on motor efficiency determine, based on theoretical analysis and time step finite element method ( FEM), the 3rd harmonic flux density caused by saturation and the characteristics of the circulation current in stator windings was analyzed, meanwhile, measured the circulation currents of small and medium motor for different capacity. Then obtained the influence law of circulation current on motor efficiency determination and proposed the improvement measures to avoid the influence of circulation current for efficiency determination. The achievement provided important technical support for premium-efficiency motor design and precision testing of energy efficiency.
