摘要
目的采用系统评价的方法,对我国大学生幸福感的干预措施效果进行评价。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wang Fang Data),检索时限均为建库至2015年2月。纳入评价大学生主观幸福感干预效果的随机对照试验。由三名研究者独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取,而后交叉核对,若有分歧,和第三方研究人员讨论解决。鉴于纳入研究的结局指标不同,无法进行Meta分析,因而采用定性的方法对纳入文献的干预措施及其效果进行总结。结果最终纳入7个随机对照试验。研究对象均为大学生。所有纳入研究均未说明随机方法以及分配隐藏方法,仅有一项研究对实验对象实施了盲法,有两项研究出现了失访。7项研究中共涉及4种干预措施,涉及团体心理辅导的有4项研究,感恩方案有1项,正念训练有1项,以及体育学习模式1项。结果显示,所有干预措施皆能不同程度地提高大学生的主观幸福感。结论干预措施能不同程度地提升大学生的主观幸福感。目前有关大学生主观幸福感的干预研究逐渐增加,干预措施开始多样化,但由于原始研究设计不同或质量问题,在推广时要谨慎。
Objective To evaluate the subjective well-being (SWB) intervention of college students in China by using the method of systematic review. Methods Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), VIP, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wan Fang Data were retrieved from the inception to February 2015 for collecting the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about the SWB intervention of college students. Literature screening, quality assessment and data extraction were performed by three reviewers independently. Then the three reviewers inde-pendently screened, extracted and cross-checked the data, and the disagreements were resolved by discussion or by con-sulting a third reviewer. Qualitative synthesis method was used to analyze the study result. Results A total of 7 RCTs were included for the final analysis. All the RCTs did not specify the method of randomization and allocation. Only one study implemented single blind, and two studies lost follow-up. The 7 studies involved 4 interventions, including 4 stud-ies of group counseling, 1 study of gratitude program, 1 study of mindfulness training, and 1 study involved sports learn-ing model. The results showed that all interventions could improve the SWB of college students. Conclusion Interven-tions can improve the SWB of college students. However, due to the interventions of original design or quality problems, we should be cautious in the promotion.
