摘要
新时期干部教育培训的根本任务和历史使命对师资队伍提出了更高的要求。但是当前干部教育培训存在专职师资队伍结构和质量欠佳、兼职优秀师资共享和管理机制不健全两大问题。深究其原因,主要是因为对干部教育培训师资队伍的重视和规划不足、培养和锻炼缺乏、管理考核存在偏差。各级干部教育培训机构只有紧紧围绕《干部教育培训条例》,健全专职师资选配、培养和评价机制,加强兼职师资选聘和管理,才能建设高素质、高水平的干部教育培训师资队伍。
in the new period, the fundamental task and historical mission of cadre education and training place greater demands on the teaching staff. However, nowadays, there are two major problems in the cadre education and training. The first is that the structure and quality of full-time staff are not good enough, and the second is that part-time excellent teachers lack of sharing and management mechanism. Based on the deep analysis of the two problems, this paper points out the main reasons are the lack of attention and planning, the lack of educating and training, and the deviation of management assessment. Institutions of cadre education and training at all levels can build high-quality, high level teachers of cadre education and training, only by improving the full-time teacher selection, training and evaluation mechanism, and strengthening part-time teacher selection and management, which are closely around the cadre education and training regulations.
