摘要
教育智库是中国特色新型智库建设的重要内容。本文通过分析我国教育智库建设的现状,指出我国教育智库建设面临的主要问题:教育智库和教育智库人员独立性不足、研究方法和研究手段滞后、创新力不强、社会影响力较弱。针对上述问题,本文进一步提出促进我国教育智库发展的建议:实现教育智库差异化发展;培育一批特色鲜明、综合实力强的教育智库;建立多元经费筹措机制和创新教育智库人才管理机制等。
Educational think tanks is an important content of Chinese new-type think tanks. By analyzing the current situation of the construction of educational think tanks in China, this paper points out the main problems： lacking of independence, the backwardness of the research methods and means used, weak innovation ability and social influence. It puts forward suggestions to promote the development of educational think tanks in our country： allowing differential development of educational think tanks, constructing a batch of educational think tanks with outstanding characteristics, establishing a multiple financing mechanism, innovating the management system of talents, etc.
