摘要
深化铁路投融资体制改革,开放铁路建设市场,加快铁路建设,是时代和国情的需要。此文根据我国现行金融政策,在论述目前铁路投融资模式存在某些难点和制约因素的基础上,就如何创新铁路投融资模式,提出有关建议。
Deepening the reform of railway investmenl and financing system, opening the railway construction market, and accelerate railway construction is the need of times and national conditions. According to the current financial policy of China, the existing difficulties and restricting factors of railway investment and financing mode are expounded. And some suggestions on how to innovate the railway investment and financing mode are put forward in this paper.
