摘要
以汽车制造与装配专业为例从现代学徒制的实施背景、主要目标、工作过程、改革策略、三方责任、条件保障、存在问题几个方面对现代学徒制技术型人才培养进行了深入的研究与探讨。现代学徒制技术型人才培养模式的探究对我国职业教育的发展有着深远的影响,培养企业迫切需要的技能型人才。
In this paper, with the automobile manufacture and assembly for example, the modern apprenticeship skilled per-sonnel training is researched and discussed from the aspects of the background, the main goal, working process, the reformstrategy, three parties responsibility, conditions security and existing problems of the modern apprenticeship system. Explora-tion of the modern apprenticeship technical personnel training mode has a far-reaching influence on the development of voca-tional education in our country for it could cultivate the skilled talents urgently needed by enterprises.
