摘要
目的:观察并分析卡孕栓联合缩宫素用于瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术后的止血效果。方法:随机选取2014年5月-2016年7月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产手术的70例产妇作为此次调查研究对象,依据信封法将上述患者随机分为两组,各纳入35例。对照组使用缩宫素,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用卡孕栓。结果:观察组产妇产后出血率为2.9%,术后2 h出血量约为(242.6±35.3)ml,术后24 h出血量约为(307.7±42.8)ml,较之对照组均有明显低(P<0.05)。结论:对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇使用卡孕栓联合缩宫素有利于降低产妇产后出血发生率,降低产妇术后出血量,提高产妇的分娩安全性。
Objective：To observe and analyze the effect of Carboprost Suppositories combined with Oxytocin in the hemostasis of scar uterus after cesarean section.Method：From May 2014 to July 2016,70 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for the treatment of uterine scar again cesarean section were selected as the research object of the survey,according to the envelope method,they were randomly divided into two groups,each included 35 patients,the control group used Oxytocin,the observation group combined with Carboprost Suppositories on the basis of the control group.Result：The postpartum hemorrhage rate of the observation group was 2.9%,and the amount of 2 h bleeding after operation was（242.6±35.3）ml,the amount of 24 h hemorrhage was（307.7±42.8）ml,they were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cesarean section with the scar uterus again cesarean section maternal use of Carboprost Suppositories and Oxytocin is conducive to reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of bleeding after surgery,improve maternal delivery safety.
