摘要
目的 :尝试利用信息系统平台解决推行和实施临床路径管理中存在的困难。方法 :无锡市第四人民医院从2010年6月起依托信息系统开展临床路径管理,比较临床路径信息系统实施后计划性剖宫产(产科)、乳腺癌根治术(乳腺外科)、乳腺癌术后化疗(肿瘤内科)、社区获得性肺炎(呼吸内科)4个病种住院患者的住院天数、术前住院日、医疗费用、治愈好转率、患者满意度等指标的变化情况。结果:临床路径的实施显著降低了平均住院日、术前住院日以及医疗费用(P<0.05),患者满意度显著提高。结论:临床路径信息系统对于规范医疗行为,提高病人满意度,构建和谐医患关系具有一定意义。
To solve the problems of pursuing and implementation clinic patheway management by information platform. Methords: From june 2010,clinical pathway management was carried out based on the information system in Wuxi No.4 People's Hospital. Comparing the datas of hospital-stay time, average days of hospitalization before operation, medical costs, cure and improvement rate and patient satisfaction in the four diseases of planned cesarean delivery (obstetrics),radical mastectomy (breast surgery),breast cancer adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery (medical oneology), community-acquired pneumonia (respiratory medicine). Results: The datas showed that,the implementation of the clinical pathway significantly reduced the average hospital-stay time,days of hospitalization before operation, medical costs, (P 〈 0.05), and the patient satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion: It has some significance that the clinic pathway could be meaningful in standard medical behavior, patients' satisfaction improving and harmonious doctor-patient relation.
