摘要
临床路径是目前医药卫生体制改革的一项重要内容。本文总结探讨我院在临床路径实施过程中的相关管理策略,为进一步探索建立符合临床路径实施和DRGs预付费要求的医院管理体系提供参考。
Clinical pathway is an important content for the reform of medical and health system.This paper summarizes the management strategy on implementation of clinical pathway at Peking University Third Hospital to provide some references for further exploring the establishment of hospital management system in line with the requirements of clinical pathway practice and DRGs-PPS.
