摘要 油品在储运过程中,所挥发的油气具有易燃、易爆的特点,浓度高,与空气形成爆炸性气体分布于储罐或槽车上部空间及储罐呼吸阀或槽车装车排气口周围,遇明火极易发生爆炸,影响安全生产。油气中大部分是烃类物质,具有低毒性。油气的排放不仅对周围环境造成严重污染、威胁操作人员的身体健康,而且大量油气排放,造成了资源的浪费。本文介绍各种油气回收处理技术在油品储运过程中的应用现状,分析各自优缺点,可结合各企业实际情况比选出最优技术路线。 The oil in the process of storage, the volatile oil gas is flammable and explosive characteristics of high concentration, the lbrmation of explosive gas tank or tank located around the upper space and the tank breathing valve or the exhaust port and the air tanker loading, in case of fire prone to explosion, impact safety. Most of the oil gas are hydrocarbons, with low toxicity. Oil gas emissions not only cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment, threaten the health of operators, but also a large number of oil gas emissions, resulting in a waste of resources. This paper introduces the application status of various oil gas recovery and treatment technology in the process of oil and gas storage and transportation.
