摘要
为了研究柔性膜材收卷内应力分布规律,建立了收卷内应力二维模型,对收卷过程进行了有限元仿真,同时设计完成了收料卷内应力分布计算程序,为方便生产应用,设计了图形用户界面。通过测量料卷内使层间摩擦介质滑动所需的拉力大小从而获得柔性膜材收料卷内部压应力分布,并与程序计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,数学模型计算结果与实验检测结果一致性好,收料卷内部径向应力的极大值偏离芯筒外表面一定距离,而非在最里层区域。
In order to find out the influence rule of internal stress in wound roll, 2-D mathematical winding model is established firstly, and finite element analysis of winding process is performed. For application, compute program and its GUI is designed. Winding experiment study is conducted to compare with the outcome of program computation by testing the pulling force of medium between layer and layer of roll, then counting its radial stress. The results indicate: calculated result agree well with experimental result. The maximal value of internal stress in wound roll appears with an offset depart from the most internal area.
