摘要
地黄饮子出自刘完素《素问宣明论方》,具有滋肾阴、补肾阳、化痰开窍的作用,原为喑痱证而设。近些年来随着中医药的不断发展,发现地黄饮子在神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、循环系统疾病、男科疾病、老年疾病、皮肤病等方面有广泛的临床应用,尤其对脑部疾病作用最明显。对病机为肾精亏虚的不同系统疾病均有一定疗效,体现了中医异病同治之理。
Dihuang Yinzi, a ancient formula of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, came from Suwen xuanming lunfang which was written by LIU Wansu. This formula has the action of nourishing kidney Yin, invigorating kidney yang, resolving phlegm for resuscitation and have been created for Yinfei. Recently, with the development of TCM Recent years, we noticed that the formula has widely used in clinical treatment, including the diseases of the nervous system, endocrine system, circulatory system, male reproductive system, geriatric diseases, and skin diseases. Dihuang Yinzi has a therapeutic effect on diseases of different systems which were diagnosed as deficiency of the kidney essence. This kind of treatment thought reflects one of the traditional Chinese medicine thinking which is called same treatment for different diseases.
