摘要
我国许多高校的研究人员已经深入研究了有关机床整机及其关键功能部件的可靠性指标值的算法。国家标准也系统地规定了在一定分布下,如何利用样本值计算装备的可靠性指标值。但是目前,利用单样本情况下测得的数据进行平均无故障运行时间MTBF的计算并进行分析说明的文献资料并不多。文中试图再次解释MTBF在工程实际中的含义,并通过由某机床厂的单台数控磨床测得的故障数据,对该磨床的可靠性进行量值计算与分析说明。
Researchers in many colleges and universities in our country have studied the algorithm of reliability index of machine tool and its key functional components in depth. The national standard also systematically specifies how to use the sample value to calculate the reliability index of the equipment under certain distribution. However, at present, the use of single-sample data measured under the average trouble-free running time MTBF calculation and analysis of the literature is not much. In this paper, we try to explain the meaning of MTBF in engineering practice again, and calculate and analyze the reliability of the grinder by using the fault data measured by a single CNC grinding machine in a machine tool plant.
